Job Details :
Manpower Planning:
- Responsible for Workforce Planning for PAN India sales and non sales function
- Manpower requirement assessment of all function with the Functional Heads.
- Projecting Manpower requirement (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly) for the next financial year and presenting the recruitment budget.
- Prepare Recruitment Budgets (Domestic & International): Grade-wise, SBU-wise vis-à-vis impact on overall Manpower Planning.
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement the recruitment/ selection policies and processes for acquiring the best talent. Explore market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Maintain and Improve lead time to hire
- Create / upgrade detailed JD for all positions.
- Effectively and efficiently fill open positions.
- Liaison with Recruitment team to ensure fulfillment of Manpower Plan.
- Identify critical, unique & mass positions for talent pipeline building.
- Validating manpower requisition in consultation with line and business HR.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Effective utilization of internal and external sources of recruitment like (Consultants, employee referrals, internal job posting, job sites, social media, campus recruitment etc)
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Conduct prescreening and shortlisting interviews.
- Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
- Salary positioning, negotiating compensation and promote the role to prospective candidates’ upto Mid Management level positions.
- Archive information such as performers' specialties, past performances, and availability.
- Negotiate contract agreements with business partners (Consultants, Portal, Social Media, Third Party Verification)
Employee Confirmation:
- Timely Employee probation review.
- Timely issuance of employee probation extension letter / confirmation letter.
MIS:
- Design and develop recruitment trackers for business operations & periodic reviews; maintaining key hiring metrics for measuring efficiency of hiring at regular time intervals (TAT, Source Utilization, Requisition : Hired, Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire); analyzing hiring gaps
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Maintaining the MIS for various recruitments conducted during a period of time.
