Position: Recruitment Manager - Retail Banking (Leading Bank)
Role:
- Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for retail banking at the bank
- Partner the business from the recruitment standpoint
Requirements:
- MBA (HR)
- 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment/ talent acquisition for Retail banking
- Should have worked in a highly process oriented bank/ finance firm
- Should have worked on a mix of bulk and niche requirements
Location: Mumbai
