Eligibility : Candidates with full time MBA/ PGDM in HR from premier institute with 3-5 years of experience in recruitment of any manufacturing or engineering company.
Candidates should have working exposure of SAP platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interact with various stakeholders to understand the manpower requirements and plan, develop and implement the hiring strategies accordingly.
- Plan the intake (Summer Interns & Final Recruits) from different engineering colleges & business schools as per the target.
- Implement attractive branding activities to ensure earlier slots at premier campuses.
- Prepare & maintain various recruitment dashboards & MIS.
- Sourcing profiles through healthy recruitment mix (Job Portals, Social Media, Referrals, agencies etc.) to ensure effective & efficient recruitment process.
- Maintaining & keeping the contracts with various agencies updated as per company guideline.
- Design & develop various SOPs for continuous improvement.
