Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA ( with variables)
- Manage End to End - Lateral & Leadership Hiring in BPO /KPO ITES
- Manage End to End - BULK HIRING for a BPO
- Consultancy EXP in Recruitment refereed
- Coordinate with operations/department heads on staffing requirements
- Coordinate with Training department to establish agent level requirement and ensure timely deliverables.
- Ensure optimum-staffing levels at all times.
- Selection of candidates at the entry level & short-listing of profiles
- Fix compensation packages for all agent level final hires.
- Making offer letters to all selected candidates.
- Maintain MIS for the entire recruitment process.
- Coordinate with external vendors for all agent level hiring in conjunction with Recruitment Executive as and when required.
- Invoicing for the entire process
- Ensure appraisals for the team are conducted.
- Adherence to information security policy.
- Hiring through Vendor network
- Good Communication Skills
