Recruitment Manager - IT Infrastructure Business Unit

Job Description :

- The role will be responsible for managing and leading the recruitment process and the overall utilization of the HR recruiters for the IT Infrastructure domain hiring.

- Responsible for development of the recruitment process and implementation of recruitment innovations.

- Working closely with internal customers and external recruitment vendors.

- Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organisation.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 8 to 11 years of experience in the IT hiring space.

- Hiring experience in the IT Infrastructure space is mandatory.

Role based in Pune
