Manager - Recruitment - Infrastructure Bid Advisory

Our client, Darashaw, is a leading financial services company in Mumbai. The company has a division that provides consulting in infrastructure bid advisory. This division is looking for an experienced recruiter who has extensive experience in recruiting for infrastructure bid advisory assignment.

The responsibilities will be :

- Create sourcing pipeline for profiles at all levels with infrastructure advisory skills

- Conduct initial screening of such candidates to ensure the profile is in line with the requirements

- Coordinate for the interview process

- Advise HR on compensation etc. and coordinate to get offer released

- Reporting and stakeholder management for infrastructure advisory recruitments
