Coach, motivate and rewarding them.   - Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the market, candidate relationship management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.   - Monitor progress and manage escalations from internal/external stakeholders.   - Achieve targeted productivity levels / SLAs for the team.   - Excellent negotiation skills   - Ability to prioritize their time and demonstrate push back, sense of urgency and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.   - Manage health of the business by reviewing key metrics as well as HR reports and represent recruitment function to broader audience.   - Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.   - Building Recruitment processes from scratch.   - Building tools & systems to streamline and increase efficiency in hiring.   - Ability to work under ambiguity and involve innovative and simple ways to proactively meet business requirement.   - Responsible for brand building, campus tie up.   - Proactively assessing and making the right hiring decision.   Essential & Desirable Criteria :   - Minimum 5 - 9 yrs of experience in results-oriented environment is essential.   - Experience building, coaching and managing a recruiting team   - MBA is essential   - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential   - Proficiency in MS Excel is essential  Ajay Gupta (Sr. Consultant) http://in.linkedin.com/in/toajaygupta
