Manager - Quality/Reengineering - Banking Captive

Looking for Manager - Quality, Reengineering, Lean, Six Sigma expertise within Investment Banking Operations or F&A function for a Banking Captive Unit in Pune.

Experience and background requirements :

- Five or more years working as a Business Analyst in Financial Technology.

- Knowledge of specific asset classes trade flows, transaction lifecycle management and controls is preferable

- A solid understanding of the front-to-back workflow associated with trade processing, and any knowledge of Custody and Accounting trade processing practices would be an advantage

- Ability to scope, define and manage IT delivery to implement enhanced post trade/transaction, analytics and reporting solutions

- Specific tasks will include business analysis, requirements gathering, QA of new functionality, user training and implementation management

- Knowledge of trade capture, processing and risk management systems

Educational Background :

- MBA

- Lean Six Sigma - BB or GB Certified

- PMP, MSP, PRINCE2 - would be an added benefit

- Knowledge of MS office tools - strong Excel, PPT skills
