We have an urgent requirement for the position of Manager - Property Services for Mumbai location.  Position Title: Manager - Property Services  Reports To: Sr Manager/GM Business Head  Key Performance Areas:   - Retail Leasing   - Retailer Analysis   - Client Servicing   - High Streets & Malls   - Dealing with Anchors.  Key Responsibilities:  - To generate revenue and achieve targets  - To ensure timely revenue collection  - To target multiple brands  - To ensure relationship building  - To ensure signing of company term sheet with all identified retailers  - To collate information, update data and generate reports  External Relationships   External Agency:   - Real estate Developers  - Frequency of Interaction: Regular basis  - Purpose: To present leasing opportunities, to get leasing business from them  External Agency:   - Retail outlets / companies  - Frequency of Interaction: Regular basis  - Purpose: To provide leasing options  External Agency:   - External Auditors  - Frequency of Interaction: Quarterly / Half Yearly  - Purpose: To present accounts and related proofs, data for auditing purposes  Key Competencies required to perform the current role:  Knowledge:  - 3-5 Years of retail / property experience a must  - Should have worked with an IPC (International Property Consultant), Developer or looked at site/store expansions for retailers.   - Understanding of general legal agreements and be in a position to close deals.  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Commercial Acumen  Educational Qualification: Graduate with preferably an MBA  Behavioral: Team Player organized and disciplined approach.   To know more about the company kindly call us at 022 - 42239208 or 8097065743.
