Job Summary :

Under the guidance of the VP Projects to drive & direct the workforce to develop the infrastructure of the multiplexes, and ensure a high standard of building, machinery, plant, furniture, fixture & equipment as per applicable fire and safety rules, in order to achieve an excellent level of guest satisfaction and to ensure a high employee morale.

Duties And Responsibilities :

- Tying up with various vendors, negotiating & getting the task force on the move.

- Develop systems and procedures that ensure safety for customers, employees plant, machinery and property.

- Monitors and controls expenses.

- Ensure liaison with relevant Governmental agencies to ensure compliance of various statutory requirements.

- To ensure that the project meets all the requirements as per the pre-ops checklist.

- To liaise with the developers and builders for their deliverable.

Desired Profile :

Traits : Pleasant personality, physically fit, smart, confident and friendly.

Qualifications :Diploma/B.E in Civil.

Age : 28 - 33 yrs.

Special Skills : Capable of being multi skilled, analytical, quick decision maker, team player, good communication and inter-personal skills, motivator. Fluent in English, Hindi and local language.

Work Experience : 6 to 8 years of experience in similar capacity. From Hospitality / service background.

Planning, a contract, administration hands on experience is a mandate.

This is predominantly a fit-outs profile so candidates doing fit-outs for large format retailers would be perfect. Candidates from interior firms working in similar capacity are also welcome
