Skills and Competencies:  - Minimum 7 to 8 years of work experience  - Atleast 5 years of experience in Program Management or Project Management (Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control mechanism) is a MUST  - Certified Project Management professional (PMP®) from a reputed organization is a PLUS.  - Having Lean/Six Sigma certification, is desirable  - Having 3+years of practical experience in Lean/Six Sigma  - Ability to design new programs & implement these programs in multiple business verticals  - Ability to drive business owners to ensure program deliverables are adhered to  - Must develop good relationship management skills  - Strong Negotiation skills & convincing skills  - Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written  Education and Qualifications:  A certified Project Management professional from a reputed organization  Engineering & Management (MBA) is preferable.  Duties:  - Design cultural change Programs eg – 5S, Idea Generation Program, Employee engagement Programs that improve employee morale  - Convince Leadership team to adopt and implement these programs, in their business areas  - Launch & implement each of the Programs in multiple business verticals, taking the front lead  - Prepare training module for these programs and Coach staff at all levels from management to ground level, on each of these programs  - Continuously program manage these programs on a weekly basis  - Ensure all Program deliverables & targets of each of the programs are met and adhered to
