As Manager Program Operations, your Key Responsibilities include,
Ownership of Program Office activities covering all aspects of program delivery and participants learning experience
Work with faculty to create best in class learning material (videos, reading material, assignments, etc)
Be the first point contact for participants, troubleshoot queries and manage the discussion forums
Plan on-campus residencies, prepare schedules, evaluation, and grading in coordinating with faculty
Monitor participants performance in the program and escalate cases when needed
Maintain and manage the LMS. Provide feedback to the product team to enhance and upgrade the LMS.
Review course videos to ensure quality
Ensure infrastructure and technology readiness during on-campus residencies and live webinars
Manage, identify and implement processes for smoother program management to ensure a consistent and trouble free learning experience
Candidate Profile:
Bachelors degree from a reputed school/university; Masters/ MBA from a tier 1/2 b-school is an advantage
Good written and spoken English and presentation skills
Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach
Demonstrated ability to meet targets with a keen eye on planning and execution
Strong inter-personal skills, enthusiasm and positive attitude
Should be self-driven and well organized
Prior experience in managing operations in ecommerce or elearning is desirable
