This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact. This position is based at our India headquarters in Bangalore, with travel as required. We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, process focused, highly-motivated and cross-functionally oriented person to help scale our Ads business in India.   Responsibilities  - Create and drive processes and initiatives to differentiate us as an advertising destination and to improve advertiser impact.  - Create and drive processes and initiatives to improve quality of ads on our website.  - Identify and drive automation and process improvement opportunities across our advertising business - including but not limited to advertiser on-boarding, workflows, advertiser reporting, invoicing and collections etc.  - Incubate new business ideas for ads - from conceptualization, to design, to proof of concept, to roll out of ideas which pass proof of concept stage.  - Lead initiatives which require significant cross team collaboration between our ads and other teams.  - Identify external partnership opportunities to help drive our ads business in India.  Basic Qualifications  - Strong process and data orientation and demonstrated experience in driving process improvements  - Proven experience in identifying and driving automation projects using technology  - Proven experience in delivering cross-functional projects which require stakeholder alignment at multiple levels of an organization  - Experience in effectively presenting ideas, proposals and progress reports to senior leadership  - Prior experience in advertising is desirable but not mandatory  Preferred Qualifications  - Degree in Engineering and MBA from Tier 1 Business School  - Experience with top tier consulting companies (McK, BCG or Bain)  - At least 6-7 years of work experience
