Role description and requirement   - Machine operator with self-responsibility for all output and productivity of machines.   - Excel in setting machine parameters to achieve optimum high-quality output.   - Must be comfortable with working in international teams to facilitate smooth transitions of knowledge and technology within the Weckerle group.   - Previous experience as an electrician, technician and mechanic in order to be able to oversee the entire production process.   - Good management skills to be able to train and develop the workforce.   - Previous experience in process automation and process engineering to setup continuous stable and reliable production processes.   - Project management handling in the production (set up and execution of orders)   - Preparation of process outline between PM, logistics, warehouse and production for efficiency improvements   - Evaluation and consideration of technical issues for project launch, preparation of trial runs, equipment preparation   - Point of contact for customer technical queries and internal project coordination   - Support project analysis and improvement efforts (capacity planning, output review, downtime analysis, etc.)  Salary offered: 10 - 18 LPA
