One of our clients, A leading organization is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Manager-Product & Marketing-Equity  Basic Job Purpose:  - Responsible for retail equities, derivatives and all Investment products   - Responsible for all customer facing initiatives including alliances, partner tie-ups, customer communication, marketing collaterals  - Responsible for enhancing customer value proposition  - Develop strategies to increase penetration of customer base and acquire new customers  - Closely work with sales channels to improve performance  - Responsible for developing the incentivisation structure  - Competition analysis and development of relevant products  - Incorporating client requirement in existing product features  - Monitor implementation of all regulatory & internal changes  - Deliver a holistic training to frontline  - Be a catalyst in complaint resolution from a product perspective with involvement in Root Cause Analysis.   - Activate and attune existing sales channels towards sale of third party products – Investment products  - Analyzing Product& Sales channel performance to identify gaps & drive sales  - Build operational processes around business functions  - Launch appropriate sales contests & incentive program to drive sales  - Monitoring the P&L of the Business  - Working with Analytics Team/MIS teams and developing comprehensive models to monitor and track sales  quality.  - Create dashboard and tracking business performance closely vis-à-vis Industry  - Monitoring, tracking, reporting of potential business risks and implement proper mitigants to avoid recurrence.  - Analyzing operational losses and studying the root-cause analysis to establish efficient processes.  - Coordinate and build strong working relationship with various internal stakeholders including Sales, Compliance, Operations, Control, technology, Risk and Legal.  - Lead the development, approval, training and communication of new products/product changes and their associated customer, operational, system and process impacts to the various internal stakeholders  - Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity - pre and post product launch/changes  - Conceptualize offers for customer segments in coordination with Product, Marketing Analytics & Business teams  - Manage all customer facing initiatives including alliances, partner tie-ups, customer communication etc  - Generate revenues by increasing activation ratios, building “Win-Back” strategies through analytics and marketing offers  Education & Experience:  - MBA/CA with 4-7 yrs of similar experience from leading securities/brokerage companies.  - NISM Derivatives, NCFM Capital Markets, AMFI certifications preferred.  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details  Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
