Manager - Private Equity - Investment Banking

Designation - Associate / Manager

Education - Preferably CA/MBA (from Reputed Institution)

Responsibilities:

- Minimum experience of 2 years for arranging Private Equity

- Leading end to end execution of Private Equity / Venture Capital transactions

- Independently leading transactions until closure

- Responsible for Client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due diligence, transaction closure agreements

- Well versed in preparation of Project Reports / Investor Pitch / Power-point presentations

- Effective research & analytical skills with attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface directly with the fund's CEO and COO (multi-decade PE industry veterans) and clients on a regular basis

- Strong background in finance, with solid grounding in financial theory and valuation, accounting, financial statement analysis, and business strategy

- Team player - Willingness to learn from other team members and contribute to a positive work environment
