Key Responsibilities:  - Develop integrated PR and Social Media communications plans for new products in collaboration with the team and ensure rollout of product communications in timely, on-strategy and effective  - Work closely with the team during the development and execution of the local PR and Social Media strategy to ensure plans can be leveraged at the country level  - Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media  - Designing, reviewing & managing the social media strategy and website for the brand.  - Knowledge of social media marketing and optimization. Developing Innovative content & posts and coordinating with designer to bring related designs.  - Coordinate all public relations activities & direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media  - Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media  - Manage media inquiries and interview requests  - Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations  - Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.  - Work as a strong member of the Social / PR team to plan effective product launch and ongoing communication strategies  - Manage PR and Social Media agency resources effectively.  - Develop PR and Social Media tactics that can be leveraged, including (but not limited to):  Social promotions and campaigns  Lifestyle PR/Social programs  Creative PR events  Manage media training  - Develop integrated plans with all stakeholders in the country to ensure the delivery of effective and informed PR and Social Media plans  - Contribute to the overall success of InFocus PR and Social Media efforts by PR/Social practices  Desired Attributes:  - Proven working experience in public relations and social media in Mobile Handsets is required  - Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level  - Highly Entrepreneurial   - Maverick Thinker   - Is able to independently persuade multiple stake-holders to follow a certain course of action   - Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion  - Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets  - Exceptional verbal, writing and editing skills  - Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.  - Event planning experience  - Strong bias for action - Infocus works at a very rapid pace  Qualification & Work Experience:  - Master's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related discipline. MBA in marketing is a plus.  - 4-6 years- experience with digital & interactive marketing concepts & technologies - web, search, social media, event management, community & mobile  - Experience in developing creative and strategically effective social media campaigns.  Reporting To: Marketing Head  Number of Reportees: 2  Place of posting: Corporate Office, Gurgaon  Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
