- Marketing Manager This is a new position being created to strengthen the Marketing function. Responsible for assisting the CEO in all projects management, planning, coordination & decision making. Will be solo performer with no reportees.

KRAs :

- Managing the entire brand portfolio along with the CEO

- Coordinating with operations of various teams including sales, marketing, operations, production & factory management

- Handling brand management, new product development, packaging development, etc.

- Build a 360-degree strategy for new launches & re-launches

- Consumer Insights, Rsearch & analysis

- Competitive Benchmarking & Market Scan studies for opportunity determination

- Development & review of marketing plans and BTL promotions by partnering with the field force.

Candidate Profile : MBAs with 5-10 years experience in Marketing & Sales of fmcg / foods / personal-care products organisations.

- Head-Consumer / Trade Marketing Reporting to the Head-Marketing, will strategize, develop and drive excellence in in-store execution across retail/ key accounts with the help of marketing initiatives.

KRAs :

- Roll out the plans and execution across the regions to build Top of Mind Recall, drive visibility and build the overall brand touch points and experience through the regional teams

- Execute the BTL objectives effectively through successful implementation with the regional teams.

- Deployment and management of trade assets; planning the sourcing and management of the same.

- Offline/ Consumer activation with adherence to brand objectives, planned touch points (consumers connected/ converted, spends management, spread and frequency of activation) and finally impact of activation on brand awareness and brand building.

Candidate Profile : Graduates / MBAs with 8-12 years relevant experience in fmcg / foods / personal-care products organisations.

- Manager-PR / Corporate & Brand Communications Reporting to the Head-Marketing, will strategize, develop and drive excellence all communications.

KRAs :

- Dissemination of information to the media periodically based on the content that gets generated from time to time on the happenings of the company and the brand.

- Preparation of press releases, key messages and information

- Strategic planning of building the corporate identity and brands through public relations

- Understanding business objectives and achieving them.

- Drafting communication agenda on a timely basis

- Preparing internal journals and mailers for internal purpose.

- Ensuring appropriate External communication to build the corporate brand.

- Ensuring brand corporate visibility in the market.

- Networking with people during seminar events.

- Preparing research notes and research facts to build the corporate brand.

- Updating the corporate website on timely basis.

- Imparting training to be company's spokesperson and confronting the media.

Candidate Profile : PG in Coporate Communications with 6-10 years relevant experience in fmcg / foods / personal-care products organisations or PR Agencies
