Core Responsibilities  Managing Variability  - Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of workforce demand and fulfilment for the Engagements  - Manage day-to-day connect with vendors, provide them with forecast of demand, and ensure fulfilment of variable demand within the shortest turnaround time.  - Manage variability for Fixed bid, staff augmentation and other work pieces  - Maintain timesheets of variable resources, and ensure accuracy of vendor billing  - Maintain vendor SoWs/ Work Orders  - Work with legal, finance and HR in creation/ renewal of SoWs; Act as a team member to the MSA/SOW owner to develop the contractual and legal mechanisms  - Provide legal guidance and support in the resolution of client and regulatory disputes as they arise  - Gate keep fitment of variable demand within the required band/level thus keeping cost of variability under defined limits.  - Ensure timely completion of all necessary pre-requisites (like background verification) and mandatory trainings of vendor resources.  - Ensure consistent onboarding of vendor resources following the laid down processes.  - Accountable for compliance on privacy requirements, and reporting to ES Compliance teams.  - Send regular MIS reports to all stakeholders.  Other Resourcing Responsibilities:  - Act as talent pool manager   - Conduct weekly calls with ASC stakeholders to ensure that the fulfillment plans are on track.  - Monitor billability and build action plans with Engagement Leaders to improve the same.  - Track demand-supply and plan the talent pool requirement with each engagement  - Work with recruitment teams for conducting recruitment drives and interviews  - Work out re-skilling plans for the talent pool associates so that they can be more effectively deployed.  - Track associates eligible for rotation, and track their candidature and ensure that they are given opportunities  - Responsible for maintaining workforce Information Services and Data Analytics  - Spot and Report out Trends, Challenges and Opportunities  Minimum Qualification  - A University degree/ Post Graduation in Management  - Extensive and rich experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning and Resource Utilization Forecasting, Strategic Resource Management and Bench Engagement  Industry Experience  - 10+ years of progressive information technology experience in IT Workforce Management/ Vendor Management/ IT Operations/ PMO
