Emprise HR Solutions is a leading Executive Search Firm catering to various sectors in Mid and Senior Level Positions. We are looking for a suitable candidate for the following position :

Company : A leading Manufacturer of flexible polymer films and a part of a Well Renowned Business Group in India.

Position : Manager - PMO/ Continuous Improvements

Location : Near Chandigarh

Department: Business Excellence

Desired Qualification & Experience

Must

- Engineer / Post graduate in Statistics.

- Certified Black Belt from reputed institute or Company.

- Hands on experience on Statistics software like Minitab.

- Certified LEAN professional.

- Must have completed 2-5 Black-Belt projects as part of BB certification.

- 08-12 years of manufacturing sector experience with about 5-6 years in quality function.

- Ability to drive quality and excellence at tactical level.

- Ability to deliver training on improvement methodologies like Lean, Kaizen, 5-S, Six-Sigma tools like Gauge R&R, Hypothesis testing, DOE etc.

- LEAN implementation.

Desirable

Knowledge of Excellence frame works like Malcolm Balridge, EFQM, Deming or equivalent

Reports to : Head - Business Excellence

Brief Summary : The objective of this position is to manage end to end Six-Sigma & Lean journey at the client's place. This role will be responsible for deploying Six-Sigma that includes managing Project Management Office, mentoring and coaching Six-Sigma projects & Lean Projects.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

1. Implementation of Six-Sigma & Lean.

2. Track progress of projects and Manage PMO.

3. Mentor Six-Sigma & Lean projects for timely closure with desired outcomes.

4. Create a quality culture and build Quality DNA.

5. Identify, measure and improve customer touch points.

6. Process Management (setting up Standard Operating Procedures with improved sigma levels).

7. Work with Department Heads to translate customer expectations into processes.

8. Implement world class process improvement methodologies to continuously improve key customer processes.

9. Continuously improve / re-engineer delivery processes towards maximizing customer Satisfaction, defect reduction & cost optimization.

10. Manage Internal Audits and compliance

Skills and attributes required

Excellent knowledge of six-Sigma tools

Systems / process thinking.

Customer centricity and orientation.

Excellent Change Management and Program Management skills.

Ability to collaborate and interface management for cross functional projects.

High Energy levels.
