Inspection Book & Compliance with P.F. Authority.  - Knowledge in Online ESIC Process, Handling ESIC related issues of employees as and when required.  - Filing Profession Tax.  - Handling compliance of all Shops & Establishment License  - Liasing with external and local Govt. bodies.  - Maintenance of statutory registers and records under various labor laws.  CTQs :   - Qualification : Graduate or Above  - Experience : 6+ years.  - Min 6 years of experience in managing labor compliances & factory compliances.  - Proficient in MS Excel.  - Strong in legal,salary & labor compliances domain.  - Experience in people management.  - Good communication skills.
