One of our clients, A leading Financial Services company is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Manager-Partner Alliance  Basic Job Purpose:  - Responsible for creating new alliances & expanding existing ones to source significant business. The main challenges faced by this profile include keeping abreast of the latest market scenario, converting a potential lead into a alliance partner, ensuring regular engagement with the channel, ensuring channel compensation is attractive despite competition.   - This requires a thorough understanding of our business philosophy, our products & processes and above all the channel & its clients requirements in order to create long term relationship.  - Identify target potential channels.  - Act as the interface between external stakeholder (all levels of channel) and internal stakeholders such as compliance, legal to ensure smooth on-boarding   - Ensure that channel partner has good experience with respect to documentation, induction & other processes  - Contribute towards the business number targets through alliances   - Support in ensuring activation of all alliances  - Support in management of relationship by executing the engagement plan for the alliance   - Complete coordination with all ground-level stakeholders  - To regularly engage with the Alliance partner touch points for getting various kinds of MIS data  - The product portfolio includes Loan against shares, loan against mutual funds, loan against bonds, Promoter funding, Broker funding & all products in the security based lending space  Education & Experience:  - MBA with 3-5 years of Capital market experience, preferably from Asset management companies.  - Strong networking ability, interpretation of market trends, excellent communication and negotiation skills and high customer & target orientation  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details  Premnath Bojan Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
