This would continuous monitoring, identification of gaps, formulating a solution and working towards implementing them  - Work towards development of people and helping them work in challenging environment. Engage in a broader people development program to ensure continuous professional development of the team. This would include development of both technical capabilities and personality development. This would entail identifying training needs at project and individual level and facilitating the training through internal and external trainers on a monthly basis.   - Be actively involved in determining the staffing preferences of people and requirements on different project and appropriately mobilizing resources   - Be actively involved and drive headcount planning for the practice based on expected pipeline and current capacity and part of the recruitment process  For the successful execution of this role, the manager should have the following qualifications:  - MBA with specialization in Human Resources from the premier institutes   - Good problem solving skills and communication skills  - Experience of implementing people development and process streamlining initiatives in either BFSI, Consulting or KPO companies  Location : Noida
