Organizational Change Management- Manager

It’s Talent & Organization Practice works with clients in globally in the area of Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consulting and Change Analytics. This offering helps drive our clients change strategy, change enablement efforts and development of change capability. The Organizational Change Management group offers Change Consulting experience in a distributed environment (Onshore- Offshore) and client facing environment.

OCM Managers need to have the following experience -

- Work Experience – Has led change management projects as a Change Lead or work stream lead and has exposure in Change Strategy, Organization Change, Change Management Effort Estimation, OCM Project and Team Management. The candidate should have a strong understanding in Change Management so as to provide innovative solutions, respond to proposals and set up a change work stream for a client. The candidate should have completed at least 4 change management projects of duration not less than 6 months each.

- Role – Has work experience setting up a OCM project and managing work streams such as Stakeholder Engagement, Impact Assessment, Communication Planning, Change Measurement (Change Readiness / Surveys, Business Readiness, Change History Assessment), Change Network, Leadership Coaching, Training Strategy and Learning & Performance Support. Additional experience in Organization Design/Culture and Change Diagnostics/Analytics areas would be beneficial. As part of project delivery the incumbent will need to:

- Set up and Lead execution of change projects

- Manage Service Delivery through large teams working in multiple work streams

- Support in proposal response and business development initiatives

- Support growth of the Organizational Change Management offering group by participating in development of assets and innovative thinking

- Experience in managing change related to ERP such as SAP/Oracle is a must – At least 1 full cycle.

- Provide thought leadership in the area of Change Management

- Work on Internal Initiatives support Asset Development for the company.

- Requirement - Candidates should have 8 to 12 years work experience post MBA/Masters degree (emphasis on Human Resources, General Management, Organizational Behavior) off which at least 6 years of experience in Change Management related projects is desired.

General Skills

- Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal English.

- Work in any of the growth markets is a plus: America, Europe, APAC would be a plus

- Excellent team management and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment

Other Details

- Location – Mumbai

- Travel - Ability to accommodate global travel – 80% to 90%
