Provides consultative support to HR and Business Leaders in the following area :
- Talent Management and Analytics
- Organization Diagnostics and Design,
- Organization Culture & Change Management,
- Leadership development.
This position is part of the India Organization Development & Learning Center of Excellence (OD&L CoE) and reports directly to the Director India OD&L.
This role has mix exposure of the pan India OD&L projects under supervision of India OD&L Director and also independent clients management as OD&L lead for PMT, Aero and Corp SBGs in India.
The incumbent in this role:
- Uses organizational effectiveness tools and practices as required to accelerate organizational and team performance, including but not limited to establishment of RASIC, MOS, rules of engagement.
- Drives robust performance management tools and systems at both individual and organizational level.
- Assist the organization with leadership development, succession planning, career frameworks, competency frameworks and other talent management activities.
- Identifies L&D needs for the business and partners with other COE Leaders or external resources to deliver customized learning solutions.
- Develops and deploys business/functions specific high potential develop / mentoring programs
- Ensures COE priorities map to business priorities; builds change management and organization design capability and accountability in HRG's and line managers.
- Facilitates the alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key priorities; builds change management and organization design capability and accountability in HRG's and line managers.
- Assist the organization with succession planning and talent management activities.
- Understand the leadership needs in the client groups and design & implement leadership development solutions per specific client needs in partnership with the HRGs, including driving effective integration of new managers and new leaders, mentoring and high potential programs.
Qualification :
- MBA HR from a premier institute
- Minimum 2 years in a specialist OD / HR consulting organization or 5+ years experience in HR generalist role with exposure to Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership development and Learning domains.

Skill Requirement :
- Exceptional data analytics capability. Ability to make quick, but well thought-out hypothesis and leverage data for supporting executive decision making.
- Exceptional communication skills with strong observational, probing and articulation capabilities.
- Consultative contracting and scoping with senior leadership teams on business critical initiatives.
- Ability to influence stakeholders especially with peer group towards ensuring implementation of key projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience with HR systems, competencies and best practices.
- A self-initiating, independent thinker with proven experience in end-to-end ownership of initiatives that focus on major long term change.
