Responsibilities: -
1. Define processes and procedures and scale up operations to meet the business demands
2. Monitor process and personnel performance, optimize resource utilization, ensure quality, productivity and process efficiency
3. Provide operational reports daily to senior management.
4. Rampup and ramp down teams as per business needs. Manage capacity optimally.
5. Develop functional expertise of the related business processes and mentor new recruits
6. Provide customer with accurate information interfacing with operational systems or content providing sources.
7. Impart process training for new recruits for fast on-boarding into production line.
8. Should lead the team in achieving the daily weekly and monthly sales targets 9. Work with stakeholders in clearing closing related hurdles and improve sales timeline

Qualifications/Required skills: -
1. Should be a post graduate, preferably in Finance/Sales/Marketing
2. At least 3 years experience in managing a business unit (KPO/BPO/Sales)
3. Exposure to financial industry / real estate mortgage space would be helpful 4. Total work experience of 8-10 years
