Manager - Operations - Medical BPM Captive Centre

Salary offered: 9 - 12 LPA

The candidate will have overall responsibility of setting up and operationalize Medical BPM centre (captive) for clinics based out of USA. The role will include but shall not be limited to hiring the right team, effective training, creating SOPs, coordinate and liaison with onsite teams, including medical coding and billing, and channelize revenues from operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Transition:

Liaise with clients to understand needs and map processes

Establish clarity on performance standards and SLAs

Setting up SOPs and signing off with the onsite teams

Conceptualize a project plan clearly outlining the infrastructure, timelines and phases of the project

Ensure the quality of deliverables is achievable with respect to timelines and costs

Handhold the process from the time the contract is signed, through the pilot phase, till the process becomes productive

Provide regular project updates during transition phase

Travel to client's site as and when needed

- Operations:

Ensure the accurate replication of all processes (currently onsite)

Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards agreed with the client

Supervise writing of manuals to document specifics of SLAs & other details in order to maintain record of all transactions

Identify and execute value additions and process improvement initiatives

Identify process gaps and collaborate with team members and management to formulate solutions.

Process performance reporting as per client and management requirement

Assist management in recruitment keeping in view the process requirement and the desired skill sets
