We are an Talent Acquisition firm "Edventus" seeking to hire the best Talent across the verticals Such as Sales and Operations with one of the Financial Services/E-Commerce Clients. Looking for someone with Customer Service experience (Front end/Back end) catering the Domestic / International Market.
Job Responsibilities :
- The role will be required to effectively manage large scale teams within a complex business to business environment.
- As a Manager of people manages the role will provide behavioral coaching, guidance, and mentor ship to supervisors; driving achievement of performance goals. this role is responsible for efficient management and execution of daily operations and ensures that teams are primed to provide the perfect Customer interaction.
- Job role also includes hiring, training and ownership of employee engagement through effective communication, effective 1:1 meetings, recognition and lead by example behaviors. Regularly review and analyse key metrics across the site to identify root causes and formulate solutions to improve performance. Streamlining processes to ensure smooth functions of operations. Generating and reviewing various Reports on a daily basis and submitting the same to the Top Management also involves setting objectives, evaluating performance, providing feedback and compensation planning. Managing performance of the department and ensuring all SLA's and targets are met as specified. Ensure the team deliver's and perform the best in practice.
