Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Experienced in managing Production activities in a Medium or Large manufacturing setup

- Develop and implement manufacturing schedules and procedures

- Allocate labour and capital resources to maximise productivity

- To understand current and future product needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into manufacturing activities

- Drive continuous improvement to deliver targets on efficiency, FTG, EOHS & Quality performance

- Ensures a good understanding of expectations among the team through training

- Drive FP&R initiatives

- Develop & maintain congenial work environment

Desired Profile :

UG - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production /Electrical Engineering

PG - M.B.A. (Operations / Supply Chain Mgmt)

- Business & Financial Understanding, Product Commercialization

- Should have exposure in Plant Manufacturing operations for minimum of 6.5 years
