We are hiring for following position for an FMCG MNC. This position is based in Ahmedabad.

Job title of superior position : PC Director

Requirements :

- Graduate / Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Production),

- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Production / supply chain at MNC preferably FMCG.

- Solid Production process knowledge in cosmetic /pharmaceutical, business general overview.

- Manufacturing experience in various areas or Projects

- Capability to steer and experience in Technical Projects

- Knowledge in MS Office and SAP (Production / PP /MM )

- Excellent analytical, Communication and motivation skills

- Leadership of teams.

- Structured and analytical thinking

- Capability of cooperative and cross-functional teamwork

- Capability and experience of leading teams

- Strong skills in facilitating, problem solving and convincing others

- Good written and spoken Hindi / English

- Experience in major change processes
