Handling Pan India Operations & Client Servicing of Private Insurance Companies.
Maintaining processing TAT of claims as per the agreed SLA with the insurance companies.
Reviewing of the executed SLA with the insurance co. & setting up the processes.
Liaising with the insurance co.'s in understanding their requirements & providing them with the requisite process to meet their service expectations
Supervising team of Doctors, coordinators & data entry operators for daily processing.
Handling large PSU's and assisting them in query resolution daily basis include - Indian Overseas Bank, Karnataka Bank and Allahabad Bank
Monitoring TAT of the payment release of all approved claims & resolving all payment queries & issues related to NEFT / cheque return.
Working in tangent with internal departments e.g. - Enrollment /Audit / Legal / Accounts etc. in order to deliver high quality of service levels.
Participating in various businesses meet's of insurance co. for their teams / customers / corporate etc. & to support them in increasing the sales of health policies.
Spearheaded the formation of Re-payment system of the company for the finance department for all rejected NEFT transactions of claims.
Handling of grievances & complaints closure of the same within specified timeframe and assisting the internal legal team & insurance co. in various legal cases.
Daily monitoring of claims to keep a check on fraudulent claims & sharing the information of the same with the insurance companies.
