About our Client : Our client is a new South Asian consumer durable company that has an innovative product range.They are focused on growing their business in India. They have been progressing gradually and need a strong online retail sales manager to stimulate and protract the retail growth for India.
Job Description: Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for :
- Design and foster relationships with leading eCommerce companies.
- Create annual plans and targets for the online sales platform.
- Initiative creative sales schemes and plans for the eCommerce players.
- Track performance and ways to optimize performance.
- Work closely with internal and external stake holders.
- Develop new schemes specific to online channel to enhance the shopping experience.
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be a graduate with at least 8 years eCommerce experience within sales and business development space.
- You should have excellent communication skills with a strategic bent of mind.
- An ideal candidate would be some one who has had a proven record of developing strategic programs for eCommerce companies to drive sales and customer acquisition.
