Job Description :  - Avid audience marketer who can identify and connect with the relevant target audience in the online platforms for lead generation and nurturing until final conversion to child's admission.   - Candidate is required to understand the full lead to conversion cycle of the organisation and is able to study the lead drops and status at the various stages of the cycle to be able to impact the volume and the quality of the leads.  - Generate and nurture leads via the online platforms specially Facebook and other Social Media.  - Expert on generating and nurturing leads on Facebook, specially technical aspects of the platform.  - Hands-on in content creation on both copy and creative to connect with the target audience and impact the lead generation and nurturing.  - Apply Facebook analytics to improve and optimise the campaigns.  - Monitor and Control results and performance across major channels of lead generation.  - Build and expand Brand awareness through Facebook and other Social Media Platforms.  Candidate Profile :  - MBA with 5+ years of experience in online B2C lead generation preferably from the services/hospitality industry like travel, hotels, education.  - Very good analytical skills.  - Very good communications skills.  - Proficient in English - Reading, Writing, Speaking.  - Ability to take business decisions.  - Ability to control budgets and timelines.  - Work independently without much team or supervision.  - Work under stress of a start -up and deliver business results.  Compensation and Reporting :  - Reporting to the CEO  - Location : NOIDA Sector 63  - Joining - ASAP  Salary Range : 7-10 LPA
