Client is seeking an innovative leader to join the Online Brand marketing team with responsibility for managing Mobile and Digital platforms based Advertising in India. This Position is responsible for creative development campaign management and media strategies in online and Mobile media platforms. The Mass & Brand team works closely with the client traffic team to ensure optimization of brand and product messaging and spend across online marketing channels.

Asclient's Online and Mobile Marketing manager in India, you will have a strong understanding of e-commerce, and be responsible for delivering Amazon's message through digital and mobile advertising channels via effective development of creative, communication strategies and media plans.

- You will also drive brand awareness and engagement and demand for the overall brand and emerging categories, and utilize global strategies and tenets to guide creative development.

- The India Online Brand marketing manager will report to the Director, Integrated marketing and will collaborate closely with business leaders to develop unique Indian Marketing programs as well as utilize Global creative, research, and creative development programs and effectively adapt them for Indian market segments.

Responsibilities:

- Develop digital and mobile-based advertising and marketing for client's retail and kindle businesses in India.

- Work cross-functionally with Indian business leaders for the development of digital and mobile brand advertising plans to support their business goals.

- Develop accurate projects priorities, schedules and execution of online brand marketing campaigns.

- Manage the relationship with local external creative and media agencies, and in collaboration with the global media team develop innovative and efficient Mass media plans.

- Partner cross functionally with Retail, Media and Finance teams to develop the annual advertising budgets and plans.

- Work collaboratively with the leader of online traffic, offline marketing strategy, Media Planning and local category business leaders todevelop plans that optimize advertising across the product portfolio. Develop compelling, relevant strategic input docs and creative briefsfor creative development.

- Manage the production process of advertising creative, through both internal and external agencies

Experience & Skills:

- 6+ years experience in mobile and digital based advertising and marketing development.

- Demonstrate extensive experience in mobile platform based communication development, working with multiple stakeholders and show proven expertise in creative development, measurement and execution.

- Demonstrated experience developing consumer pan- Indiaad campaigns, showing success in driving new or existing product awareness and consideration across markets.

- A proven track record of creating and executing online successful consumer advertising plans that are creative, engaging, testable, and highly analytical, for both new product launches and existing products and services.

- Demonstrated analytical skills in quantitative measurement methodologies to analyze brand perception and sales results from ad campaigns, taking a lead role in developing advertising creative and media plans based on research analysis and output.

- Experience quantitatively and qualitatively analyzing the competitive media landscape, as well as analyzing media mix models to develop measurable online media channel strategy and plans.

- Management skills leading both high performing direct and indirect reports and internal clients,across campaign management, media management, channel management and advertising creative development.

- Experience driving the collection of market intelligence; setting market benchmarking goals in collaboration with business owners; Identifying and tracking trends in core market segments to guide campaign execution.

- Strong creative intuition anddemonstrated creative success, experience in test and scale ad environments and experience developing new media channels effectively.

- Strong data driven marketing skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate findings into actionable customer insights and powerful marketing programs.

- Highly effective written skills honed to develop thoughtful, strategic and detailed documents that can persuade Sr leaders of the effectiveness of the team's proposed creative executions.

- An Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related field is preferred
