Manager - Onboarding Specialist - BFSI

The scope includes :

- Execution of requisitions and approvals

- On-boarding and background check logistics

- Ensuring timely renewals or exits are properly executed

- Knowledgeable in using Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Prior experience in using VMS/ HRMS is preferred.

- Assist in preparing, maintaining and upholding procedures for the technology resourcing needs of the department

- This includes ensuring that all resources on-boarded meets the organisations strict compliance requirements and expense management policies

- Responsible for maintaining and generating reports from the VMS to assist the team to manage their resource data accuracy

- Support the application configuration, enhancement and implementation of new resourcing strategies and programs

- Good verbal and written skills are pre - requisites :

- Good communications skills in English

- Able to comprehend and communicate effectively with clients and suppliers

- Strong team player to ensure that both individual and team deliverables are met

- Heightened sense and ability to produce quality work and maintain data accuracy in all transactions

- Work experience in the banking industry preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
