Responsibilities:  - Will be responsible for creating and developing new OEM accounts, and strengthening existing OEM customers.   - Assess product portfolio in line with evolving customer needs and current offering to the market working closely with product development and marketing group.   - Analyze performance, market conditions and competitor's strategy and suggest solutions and implement the same.  - Responsible to deploy and run direct sales working closely and evolve strategies to build loyalty and exclusivity with OE customers.   - The position also works closely with service and execution team to implement various methods of operations & continuous improvements for cost reduction.  - To work closely with CRM team for timely delivery of products to the customers  - Resolving technical issues with the customer during and after the development phase  - Stabilize profitable product pricing, and achieve gross margin percentage, Drive initiatives and sales targets.   - Being a single window contact with customer and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction index   - Works closely with Engineering team to provide solutions to customers unique requirements   Experience:  - 15 + years of experience in sales of technical products to OEMs.
