- Responsible for delegating and monitoring of all the staff in Ocean freight Team

- Build carrier relationship.

- Rate negotiations, cost control and increasing profitability.

- Responsible for achieving and exceeding department budgets.

- Problem solving and providing solutions.

- Keep close contact with carrier group updating the current rate and shipping line information.

- Any other task assigned by the management.
