About our Client - Our client is a global FMCG with a broad range of well know brands . They are market leaders within the category and have a big consumer base. The working culture is friendly and diverse giving a great opportunity to progress within the company. They are looking for a National trade marketing manager to lead their flagship category in India.
Job Description: Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for :
- Planning and executing the category driving marketing strategy
- Managing and optimizing the marketing budget for the portfolio
- Working with cross functional teams to manage demand and supply cycle
- Designing innovative schemes to maximize sales in challenging geographies
- Leading a team of 6 and supporting their development plans
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be a 2002-2006 batch passout from a Premier B school with at least 8-12 years of experience within the FMCG sector.
- A minimum of 4 years with Trade marketing and customer management experience is a must have.
- You will have excellent communication skills and have experience in working with cross functional teams.
