A candidate with at least 8-10 years of experience in US mortgage Origination's vertical.
- Expertise in end to end US mortgage process.
- Leading a team with a span of 80+ associates.
- Drive quality initiatives such as Six Sigma, lean, Kaizen etc.
- Minimum graduate with good analytical, problem solving and people management skills.
- Should be open and willing to work in US rotational shifts.
- Will be required to work closely with internal stakeholders viz Transition, Recruitment team etc.
- Experience in working with multiple US clients would be preferable.
