Job Description :
Location : Bangalore
- Managing Key Accounts of multi-brand Modern Trade stores across the assigned Territory.
- Increase sales of Company's products and achieve the agreed targets within the key accounts.
- Analyze sales performance based on defined key performance indicators, and to set up improvements together with the shop floor assistant in order to reach best results.
- Improve display share and to ensure adequate presence of products at the point of sale;
- Provide the customers and the sellout team with product and performance trainings.
- Provide feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and competitor activities so as to facilitate quick and appropriate response to changing sales conditions.
Account Management :
- Facilities achievement of sales targets.
- Continuously monitors, report and takes appropriates action on variance between actual & plans.
- Provides inputs relating to category management to KAE's for them take on the activity with accounts.
- Facilitates performance reviews with all major accounts on a quarterly basic.
- Effective Inventory Management by planning, supervising and managing every aspect of demand plan, ensuring timely stock-in & stock-out of products. To follow up stock level (inventory) on customer level and provide sell out solutions.
- Evaluate market environment constantly and provide feedback and proposals for development/enhancement as per the requirement.
- Monitoring the post service activities like trade satisfaction survey, and handling customer grievances for superior customer service through service managers.
Desired Profile :
- 1 - 4 years of channel sales experience, preferably with strong experience in handling modern trade outlets, preferably from FMCG
