Manager - KPI/SLA Setup & Performance Management - Captive Finance Shared Service

ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

Our client is an MNC, having global captive in-house finance shared services operations located in Hyderabad. They offer services and capabilities ranging from finance shared service, risk, audit, compliance and business transformation.

THE ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

This is an Individual Contributor role, candidate will be responsible for design and implement metrics, Service Level agreements for a shared service center and experience in migration of processes as well.

- Design, implement, and evolve meaningful productivity metrics, assist in development of service level agreements, and other critical KPIs

- Develop advanced dashboards to communicate performance results and trends to IGBS and Business stakeholders.

- Partner with business leaders to help them understand and leverage insights gained from metrics in order to take needed actions

- Produce ad-hoc reporting as needed.

- Partner with functional managers to provide key metrics to support stretch performance goals for teams in order to meet business needs

- Review reports against service commitments to identify improvement opportunities

- Understands how metrics are calculated and can educate others

- Updates standard reports and scorecards with new or modified metrics

- Maintains the Metric Inventory, adds/removes new or modified metrics to collections template, verifies definition and sources

- Working with Continuous Improvement team in identifying projects to enhance business performance

Candidate will be responsible for analytics, management consulting, responsible for setting up, monitoring and recording of SLA's for successful functioning of Shared service center.

- Exposure to multi geography projects

- Responsible for budgeting and p/l

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

- Masters Degree from Premier Institute

- Minimum 5 plus years of experience

INDICATIVE COMPENSATION :

- INR 30 LPA
