We have been retained by a Leading telecom service provider to hire Manager-M&A to be based at Mumbai.  Role Purpose:   - This role involves preparing business models, structuring M&A deals, end to end analysis of financial impact including tax, commercial, financial integrations, etc.  - Participate and drive financial due diligence of target companies and prepare reports. Monitor / track potential targets and prepare insightful and analytical reports. The role also includes close loop integration across tax, legal, accounting, financial for a particular project.  - The role would also involve evaluation of impact on different options for structuring the project, funding options, capital structuring, impact due to regulations and sensitivity analysis and preparation of presentations for different stakeholders.   Education: MBA-Premier B-School only 08-09 Pass -out.   - Experience in M&A, deal structuring  - Strong Communication skills, well organized.   - Self Driven, Creative and passionate   - Should be problem solving  - Should have good leadership skills and possess networking skills  Himanshu Joshi
