Job Profile:
The tasks, roles and responsibilities concerned with the job will include the following:
- M&A Tax & Regulatory practice
- End to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness
- Conducting due diligence on targets
- Advise clients on tax-efficient restructurings
- Day to day Strategy and Planning
- Client relationship management
- Interaction with Government authorities
- MIS Management
- People management
Experience :
- Big 4 M&A/ Tax/ Corporate Finance / legal firm having restructuring practice
- 5+ years
Qualification:
- CA, CS, LLB
- Candidates with International tax certifications will have an added advantage
Essential Skills:
- Thorough technical knowledge on M&A practices, Tax and Corporate Law
- Candidates with International tax certifications will have an added advantage
- Basic excel, presentation and report writing skills
- Client handling
- Ability to learn
