Job Description : Manager, Membership Rewards Analytics  - The manager will be responsible for creating Channel-mix optimization capabilities that deliver relevant and cost-effective customer target-response channel combinations for different Membership Rewards communications programs.   - The manager is expected to apply best-in-class quantitative methods including Machine Learning Algorithms to create these capabilities.  - The manager will work in close partnership with the International Membership Rewards community and the market teams to create a structured Test & Learn program for testing, deploying and continually enhancing these capabilities.   - He or she will have the responsibility of leading a team of two or three analysts.  Education & work-experience:  - Post graduate (M.Tech / MBA / M. Stats / MA Economics) with 4 to 6 year work-experience in analytics (any industry / business domain)  Required skills:   - Expertise in application of analytics (applied statistics / quantitative methods) for solving business problems  - Integrated M.Sc. / M.Tech programs from IITs   - MBA + B.Tech from top B-Schools  - M. Stats from DCE or DSE or ISI Kolkata   - Aptitude to leverage programming skills for handling, integrating, queying / mining databases (structured / unstructured); Illustrative list of programming languages: C, C++, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Python, HTML, XML  - Expertise in SAS (Base / Advanced)  - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven success in gaining partner sponsorship & alignment and in driving business results  - Professional attitude to build a team of highly competent & motivated individuals and groom them to be future leaders  Preferred skills:  - Exposure to Big Data Analytics & Machine Learning Algorithms  - Exposure to Big Data Technologies e.g. Hadoop MapReduce programming, Pig , Hive  - Experience in people leadership
