Manager-Media, Research & Strategy (Top Tier B School - IIMs, XLRI, MICA preferred)  One of our clients in the E-commerce space is currently looking for a Manager-Media, Research & Strategy.  Location : Mumbai  Qualification :   - MBA from Top Tier B-School (IIMs, XLRI, MICA preferred)  - 2-3 years post MBA experience in media buying and planning in a top FMCG/Media/Advertising organization or in Brand Management in consumer facing industries.  Roles & Responsibilities :  - Identify growth strategies based on deep understanding of the consumer, markets and media channels by working with internal and external stakeholders and datasets   - Work with media agencies to execute planning and buying across mediums (TV, Radio, Print, Out-door) for the business.  - Ensure optimum return on investment across all offline media spends.   - Review, negotiate and approve budgets for all ATL & BTL activities.  - Monitor all offline competition activities and come up with effective counter strategies.   Required Skills :  - Deep understanding of all channels of offline media (TV, Print, Radio, Out-door).  - Proficiency in managing large media spends  - Prior experience in managing media for e-commerce brands will be an advantage.  - Strong quantitative skill sets and structured analytical approach to problem solving
