Our head baker mastered the art of Bread Baking at the International Culinary Institute in New York, one of the finest in the world. With 6 retail stores in Mumbai within 2 years and a network of online and offline partner stores, we aim to revolutionize the way bread is served and perceived in India!

Assignment Details :

The Marketing Manager will be accountable for the following :

- Identification of key customer needs specific to baking products

- Development of marketing plans for both company-owned retail stores and partner stores (online and offline) encompassing local customer activation events, offers, sales, workshops etc.

- Create and execute strategies to execute marketing plans

- Developing strong partnerships with offline and online partner stores

- Market online ordering from company website as one of the sales avenues

- Measuring returns on marketing spends

- Developing a marketing team to carry on and execute the plans

Skills Required :

- Ability to work in a start-up environment

- Execution oriented - must be able to deliver on conventional marketing plans

- Able to identify a customer need based on field observations

- Must understand and be familiar with social networking tools

- PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills

- Understanding of market research techniques and ability to draw conclusions from the data

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner

- Excellent poise and confidence when interacting with customers, partners and sales staff

- Proactive

Salary Range: 10-12 LPA
