Retail Marketing Manager (4-5 years in International brands)

About our Client :

- Our client is a leading global premium retail brand with a significant presence in the India market. They are widely regarded as pioneers in the space, and are renowned the world over for the innovative product portfolio. They are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth plan in the India market, and are currently hiring for a Retail Marketing Manager, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

Reporting to the GM Marketing, You will be responsible :

- To develop communication concepts around the retail experience for the consumer ensuring the Global Visual Merchandising Guidelines are adhered to and deliver superior shopping experience through innovations in retail.

- To deliver retail communication concepts for the organization in India thereby enhancing and delivering superior shopping experience for the consumer across all shop formats.

- To provide innovative retail solutions in order to differentiate the brand from competition in the segment such as for windows, POS etc

- To deliver exciting consumer facing promotions across shops and SIS/wholesale to enable operations to extract higher output from the stores.

- To deliver trade windows and in-store POS for stores to and ensure smooth and efficient delivery of visual experience for the consumer.

- To manage all the Outdoor implementations undertaken for consistent brand delivery across markets which include creative designing, printing and implementation.

- To deliver comprehensive training content for the trainers to implement covering all possible elements essential for staff across channels and excluding content for New Season Launch.

- To deliver marketing collaterals such as brand and range catalogues to provide a superior brand experience for customers and end consumers.

- To conceptualize and manage all brand events related to displaying the premium image of the brand.

- To be responsible for Budget planning for Retail Marketing along with the BSA for all the Retail Marketing collaterals in store.

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be a post graduate from top B school- 2010/2011 batches only and have experience in core marketing roles in the B2C industry. Prior experience of having worked on a premium retail brand is an added bonus.

- You will have a hands on approach towards your work, with the experience of liaising with senior stakeholders. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a analytical approach towards his/her work.
