Marketing Analytics Manager's responsibility will be to build out and support the marketing analytics function based in the Mumbai office.

As Marketing Analytics Manager, you will support the Analytics Head/ Chief Marketing Officer through :

- Managing India marketing forecasting process for developing marketing plans and analysis that links to marketing's strategic objectives.

- Understand business priorities and proactively link analysis to drive the priorities

- Identifying business opportunities for growth as well as margins using Analytics

- Evaluating marketing activation, and assisting in development of marketing plan

- Managing regular KPI reporting & maintenance of relevant dashboards for the marketing function and the business as necessary

- Learning and implementing cutting edge analytics tools and improve overall appreciation and usage of analytics in the organization

- Managing the monthly and quarterly marketing KPI reporting cadence, providing insights into the Analytics Head/CMO to help make quick decisions for India

- Working with Analytics Head/CMO to define India relevant marketing metrics and reporting package that includes marketing's contribution to financial statements, comprehensive KPI reporting, operational Dashboard reporting, analysis of key business trends, and comprehensive senior management level explanations of variances and trends.

- Providing sophisticated financial modelling, analysis, forecasting, automated tools and other ad-hoc marketing analytics projects

- Understanding business drivers, perform value added analysis and identify areas of risk and opportunity

- Driving gross margin analysis and reporting with deep understanding of drivers

- Developing business cases for development projects and improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate is expected to have 3-5 years of advanced analytics experience in high growth, multi-national companies.

Specifically she/he will have :

- MBA Degree in Finance, Economics Accounting or related is required from Tier 1 college/ institute.

- Deep experience in SQL, data mining, marketing analytics, financial modelling and capital budgeting for a global, publicly-traded enterprise

- Extensive experience in performance management, scorecards, and executive dash-boards is mandatory.

- Ability to organize and work with large amounts of complex data, managing multiple priorities.

- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present analysis and findings, in both verbal and written formats to all levels of management

- Understanding of related areas, such as project financial analysis, strategic planning and corporate development

- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior attention to detail.

- Ability to work as a key business support to senior leadership is essential

- Previous experience implementing and using enterprise-wide planning tools.

- Experience in Financial Analysis tools is a plus.
