About the role :
- With strong marketing credentials, ideally gained in a fast-moving consumer goods environment, you'll have shown you relish solving commercial challenges with marketing practices.
- A large part of this role will be focused on unlocking new business opportunities, to accelerate growth.
- Explore new categories, new sales models, alternative sourcing models, and sustainable business practices.
- We are seeking the ideal candidate who can provide branding and product development expertise and leadership, combined with a strong result orientation.
Responsibilities :
- Growth and competitive mindset, with track record of sales and profit growth.
- Ability to think strategically, both from a brand and portfolio view.
- Experience with bringing new innovations to launch, from concept to market readiness.
- Drive brand-building efforts with end-to-end marketing service.
- Excellent leadership and team building skills, with successful experiences leading cross-functional teams.
- You will provide strategic and tactical support to all the BH to facilitate business planning and ensure effective execution with all customers
Experience level : Minimum 7 years experience in marketing role
- Experience in West Africa will be an added advantage
