MARKET RESEARCH - MARKET MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS  This is a perfect opportunity for candidates working on the Agency Side in the Market Research in the Pharma/Healthcare industry to be a part of a leading pharmaceutical MNC (on the client side) to manage the Market Research function for the US market.  Our client is one of the world's leading Research based pharmaceutical MNC with broad portfolio of brands that are currently in the market across the world and has a strong pipeline of brands to be launched. Marketing teams rely on strong market research support to understand how their brands are performing, and when to make tactical adjustments, if necessary.   This role is responsible for managing a consistent, timely market research process across US products. This includes finalizing questionnaires, developing recruiting lists, aggregating data, interpreting results, cross referencing secondary sources, and reporting findings. The work will be done in partnership with market researchers based in the US, as well as external agencies that manage panels and collect data on their behalf.  KEY OBJECTIVES/DELIVERABLE:  1. Partner with market researchers based in the US to execute on time delivery of the annual measurement plan.  2. Finalize and program online questionnaires for quantitative studies using standard templates.   3. Ensure that the screening criteria and recruiting lists for each project are appropriate to business goals.  4. Manage the data collection process with external agency partners to ensure data integrity and on time delivery.  5. Analyze study data and visualize the findings.   6. Provide appropriate context for study findings based on prior market research, including secondary sources.  7. Partner with Lilly market researchers based in the US to integrate market research findings into each brand's learning plan and reporting cycle.  8. Attention to detail in every step of the market research process to ensure accurate, on time deliverables.  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  Master's Degree  Experience: 5 to 10 years in market research or analytics  ADDITIONAL SKILLS/PREFERENCES:  - Excellent written and oral communication skills  - Demonstrated ability to manipulate, connect, and interpret data  - Ability to work as part of a dedicated, virtual team  - Advanced business, statistics, and/or social sciences degree  - Previous pharmaceutical industry experience  OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:  Virtual meetings with US colleagues will typically be during normal business hours.
